What types of tickets are available?
There are different zones depending on the visibility you prefer. At this venue we have a Premium Zone and Zones A, B, and C. All seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All tickets are individual: each attendee needs their own ticket to access any zone.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit together if you arrive at the same time and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we'll do everything we can to help you.
Is there an age restriction?
All attendees must be 8 years or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my companion or caregiver?
People who need assistance during the experience can request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before requesting it), contact us with the corresponding documentation.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue: they must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience begins. To do so, contact us with your ticket number. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our terms and conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.

You'll find your ticket in the tickets section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.

Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are LED.
What items are prohibited?
Authorized staff may search attendees to prevent the entry of prohibited or dangerous items: food and drinks not purchased at the venue, drugs, firearms, sharp objects, or any other object that poses a danger to the person carrying it or to others. We reserve the right of admission and to remove people who are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or exhibiting any other behavior that is disruptive or risky to themselves or others.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
