What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring soul to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts about 60 minutes.
Where does the experience take place?
The show takes place at Wizemann (Quellenstr. 7, 70376 Stuttgart).
How do I get to the venue?
Lines U13 and U16: stop “Glockenstraße (Mahle)” coming from Cannstatt; stop “Rosensteinpark” coming from Pragsattel. Current directions: https://www.imwizemann.de/faq
When should I arrive?
Doors open one hour before the show starts. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show starts.
Is there parking at the venue?
For accessible parking, spaces are available in the car park of the Wizemann area, which has level access and a clearance height of 2.10 m. Please do not use the numbered private parking spaces at the beginning of Quellenstraße. We recommend arriving by public transport.
Can I take photos or film?
Photography without flash is allowed during the show, but filming is not. For the best possible experience for you and all other guests, we recommend taking photos only at the end, during the bows, so that everyone can enjoy the performance undisturbed.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you will be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and use “Bringing a service animal” as the subject.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes, toilets are available. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our staff on site.
Are strobe lights used?
No, strobe lights are not used in this show.
What are the different ticket types?
There is one ticket type: Erwachsene. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before the event through the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Yes, guests who need support throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their caregiver. Please buy your own ticket first and then contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject “Free ticket for caregiver”.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket is validated contactlessly in the Fever app, so there is no need to print it.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, in the “Tickets” section. If you have not installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the account you used to buy your ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I still enter the show after it has started?
Entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we ask you to arrive on time.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, the date and/or time can be changed up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If you have further questions, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID). Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. For more information, see our terms and conditions.
