Brunch Entrees (choice of one entree, included with 'GA + Brunch & Unlimited Mimosas for 1' tickets)

• Amadeus Waffles: french vanilla, chocolate chip or blueberry & crispy fried chicken or shrimp
• Brunch burger: pepperjack cheese, lettuce, toomato, crispy onions, aioli sauce and seasoned fries
• Grilled lamb chops: creamy herb butter mashed potatoes and asparragus w/ creole sauce
• Beyond sausage sautéed vegetablee medley and roasted potatoes
• Shrimp and grits: pan seared shrimp, cheesy cajun grits w/ cherry tomato gravy
• Garlic herb butter salmon: mashed potatoes and spinach in creamy champagne reduction sauce
• House salad: mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions, dressings (Italian or French). Possible to add chicken or shrimp extra
