Brougham Place Uniting Church 1

Located in the leafy streets of North Adelaide, Brougham Place Uniting Church is one of Adelaide's most treasured heritage landmarks. Built in the 1860s, the church is renowned for its striking Gothic Revival architecture, soaring vaulted ceilings, and beautiful stained-glass windows, providing an elegant and intimate setting for an unforgettable live music experience.

    The church has limited onsite parking. Street parking is available nearby, including along Brougham Place and on Stanley Street on weekends. Allow extra time: parts of Brougham Place are one-way and there is no vehicle access from O'Connell Street into the church section of Brougham Place.

    Wheelchair access is via the side entrance on the north-west side of the church (Stanley Street side), and there is an accessible toilet onsite. Wheelchair seating is in Zone A. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so onsite staff can prepare for your arrival.

What are the different ticket types?
Front Row: best visibility. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: slightly restricted visibility. Zone D: restricted visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, we accept companion and carer cards at all Fever events. Please contact us for a ticket.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please see our T&Cs.
Where is the experience taking place?
At Brougham Place Uniting Church, 196 Brougham Place, North Adelaide SA 5006. Please enter via the main church entrance on Brougham Place, where our staff will welcome you and help you with seating.
How do I get to the venue?
Getting to Brougham Place Uniting Church by public transport is easy. The church is about a 20-minute walk from Adelaide Railway Station and less than a 5-minute walk from several Adelaide Metro bus stops on King William Road and Melbourne Street. It is also a short distance from O'Connell Street and the Adelaide CBD.
Is there food served?
No. Food is not available for purchase at the venue. Bottled water is permitted inside the church.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not permitted inside the venue, except for registered service animals.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
