Brougham Place Uniting Church 1

Located in the leafy streets of North Adelaide, Brougham Place Uniting Church is one of Adelaide's most treasured heritage landmarks. Built in the 1860s, the church is renowned for its striking Gothic Revival architecture, soaring vaulted ceilings, and beautiful stained-glass windows, providing an elegant and intimate setting for an unforgettable live music experience.

    Limited on-site parking at the church. Street parking is available nearby, including along Brougham Place and on Stanley Street at weekends. Allow extra time: parts of Brougham Place are one-way and there is no vehicle access from O'Connell Street.

    Wheelchair accessible via the side entrance on the north-west side of the church (Stanley Street side), with an accessible toilet on site. Wheelchair seating is in Zone A; contact us ahead of time if you need assistance.

What are the different ticket types?
There are five seating zones: Front Row (best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Please contact us for a ticket.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your session starts. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Where is the experience taking place?
At Brougham Place Uniting Church, 196 Brougham Place, North Adelaide SA 5006. Please enter through the main church entrance on Brougham Place, where our staff will welcome you and help you find your seat.
How do I get to the venue?
The church is about a 20-minute walk from Adelaide Railway Station and less than 5 minutes on foot from several Adelaide Metro bus stops on King William Road and Melbourne Street. It is also a short distance from O'Connell Street and the Adelaide CBD.
Is food served?
No. Food is not available for purchase at the venue. Bottled water is permitted inside the church.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not permitted inside the venue, except for registered service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. Wheelchair access is via the side entrance on the north-west side of the church (Stanley Street side), and there is an accessible toilet on site. Wheelchair seating is in Zone A. If you need wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so we can let the venue staff know and be ready for your arrival.

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat during the performance except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will let you know by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
