What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for the front row as well as for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before attending via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket), please send us the relevant proof. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you get the free ticket for your carer in the Fever app (subject to availability). On entry, show your regular ticket along with your carer's ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience begins. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, there's a flexible refund ticket. With this, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible refund ticket?
You can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it's no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The concert takes place at the Glocke in Bremen (Domsheide 6-8, 28195 Bremen).
How do I get to the venue?
The Glocke is centrally located in Bremen city centre and can be reached from the main railway station by public transport or taxi in 5 minutes. Domsheide stop: tram lines 4, 6 and 8 (from the station) as well as 2 and 3, and bus lines 24 and 25.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'd like to be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us in advance.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, there's step-free access. Zones B and C are accessible, with spaces available for wheelchair users.
Is there parking available?
The paid car park BREPARKhaus Am Dom (Wilhadistraße 1) is a 4 minute walk from the Glocke and is open round the clock.
Am I allowed to take photos or film during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the whole performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 35 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert begins on time, and all guests must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll notify you in good time by email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all your tickets are for the same zone. We recommend getting there in good time, and we'll do our best to make sure you can sit together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything out: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and no interval is planned.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
