This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: they must be bought in advance via the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
If you need support throughout the event, you can get a free ticket for your companion. To do so, you must first have a valid ticket yourself and then submit proof via the request form.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
The minimum age is 8 years old. Children and young people under 16 are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Barockschloss Mannheim, Bismarckstraße, 68161 Mannheim.
How do I get to the venue?
Parking is available a few minutes' walk away at the Schlossgarage car park (entrance via Bismarckstraße) and in the underground car park of the University of Mannheim. It's about 5 to 10 minutes on foot from Mannheim Hauptbahnhof. Tram lines 1, 4 and 5 stop at the Schloss stop, from where you can reach the palace within a few minutes.
Are food and drinks available?
No, drink sales are not planned.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for assistance and service animals. If you'll be accompanied by such an animal, you must fill in a form.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The event area is accessible at ground level, and a lift is available.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
As requested by the musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire performance. The rules in the previous question apply to photos and videos.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Only in an emergency, so as not to disturb the musicians and the audience.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to find your seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time, and the audience must already be seated by then. Out of respect for the artists and the audience, latecomers cannot be admitted.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects the event, for example through a change of venue or a postponement, you'll be informed in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time, and the team will try to seat your group together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, free of charge, to any other Fever account: use the "Transfer tickets" button for the relevant ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase it. You'll also find the QR code in your confirmation email. There's no need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the start. To do so, contact support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available. See the terms and conditions for details.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
