What types of tickets are there?
There are four types of tickets: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Can I buy a ticket on site?
No. Tickets are not sold on site. All tickets must be purchased before the start via the Fever app or the website.
Can I buy a ticket for my carer or companion?
Visitors who need assistance during the concert can request a free ticket for their carer or companion. You must already have a valid ticket: get in touch with us after purchasing your own ticket.
Is there a minimum age?
The minimum age is 8 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket under 'Tickets' in the Fever app (downloadable via the App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same details you used for your order. Your QR code is also included in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
That depends on availability. You can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start at the latest: get in touch with us and include your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

A bar serving drinks is open before the concert.

Animals are not allowed. If you'd like to bring an assistance animal, please get in touch with us beforehand.

Yes, parking is available.
What if I arrive late?
Latecomers will not be admitted. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, so make sure you arrive on time.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
