Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase (the unique code in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app: if it is, tap “Exchange date and/or time” and follow the on-screen instructions. For more details, see our Terms & Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
If I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts: just contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What is the “Candle 3-Pack”?
The package includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a real flame.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle 3-Packs purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into sections based on the quality of the view. Our staff will assign your seats at the entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the zone you selected. Visibility of each zone: Zone A, great visibility; Zone B, good visibility; Zone C, slightly restricted visibility; Zone D, restricted visibility.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive around 30 minutes early to be seated in your zone. Doors open 30 minutes before the start and close 5 minutes before it. Late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Please contact us with proof that you need a carer ticket. Once we receive it, we will send you a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please remember to show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
No, there will be no food or drinks for purchase at this event.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in beautiful historic venues, where temperature control can occasionally be a challenge. We do our utmost to keep you comfortable, but temperatures may vary with the season, so we suggest dressing accordingly.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No pets are allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in a wheelchair-accessible venue.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking at the venue, but there are car parks nearby: QV Melbourne Car Park and 222 Russell Street Car Park.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
