What are the different ticket types?
First Row Seating: front row with great visibility. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: slightly restricted visibility. Zone D: restricted visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience may apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying. Contact Fever for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app; sign in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Tickets are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

How do I get to the venue?
Collingwood Town Hall is within walking distance of Collingwood Train Station and multiple bus lines.
Is food served at the venue?
Drinks are available to purchase at the venue.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians indicate.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians indicate.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time, so everyone must be seated beforehand. Late entry is not allowed once it begins.
What happens if weather conditions affect the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience, including a location change or postponement, Fever will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes. You can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. The team will do its best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes. You can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost through Transfer Tickets in the Fever app. Contact Fever with your ticket ID if you need help.
Are the candles flammable?
No. The candles used for the experience are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
