This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase (the unique code in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app: if it is, tap “Exchange date and/or time” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
What if I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket? Can I get a refund then?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts: just contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What is the “Candle 3-Pack”?
The pack includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a candle flame.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As they are tied to your specific event date and location, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into sections based on the quality of the view. Our staff assign seats at the entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you selected. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: slightly restricted visibility. Zone D: restricted visibility.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No. Tickets are not sold on site: they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive around 30 minutes early to be seated in your zone. Doors open 30 minutes before the start and close 5 minutes before it. Late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a carer ticket, and we will send you a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please remember to show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
No, there will be no food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in beautiful historic venues, where temperature control can occasionally be a challenge. We do our utmost to keep you comfortable, but temperatures may vary with the season, so we suggest dressing accordingly.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking at the venue, but there are car parks nearby: QV Melbourne Car Park and 222 Russell Street Car Park.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
