Michael Jackson's greatest hits come to life at the Delta in Namur, performed by a string quartet and surrounded by hundreds of candles. An intimate Candlelight concert where the music and the glow of the candles transform the venue into a timeless setting.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in using the same details you used when you made your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone you like, free of charge. It's really simple! Just click on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Feel free to get in touch with us if you need any help. Don't forget to mention your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do this, contact us and give us the ticket number linked to your purchase (this is the unique code you received when you bought your ticket. You can find it in your confirmation email or on the Fever app - What is the ticket number?).
You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If it is, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Simply click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to make the change.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not permitted, whatever the reason. For more information, you can check our terms and conditions. However, the "Flexible cancellation" add-on is available to purchase, which offers a different policy. Check the details here.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, will I be able to get a refund?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you submit your request at least 48 hours before the experience starts. Just get in touch with us. Please note that the ticket won't be refunded if it's transferred to someone else.
What is the "Candlelight photo" add-on?
This add-on offers a unique photo experience, reserved for customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalised photo session in our specially designed space and, as a keepsake, you'll receive an instant Polaroid-style print.
Can I buy the "Candlelight photo" add-on on site?
You can buy photos on site, subject to availability. Customers who bought their photo add-on at the same time as their concert tickets on the website have priority over those who buy them on site. On site, you can only pay by card. Cash is not accepted.
When is my photo taken?
Your photo will be taken before the event begins, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert starts. Make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to give us enough time to take your photo.
When do I get the photo?
You can choose your favourite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it during the concert and you'll be able to collect it on your way out. Don't forget to collect your photo before you leave, as we can't keep it for later.
If you forget to collect your photo and leave the venue, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
Where should I go to take the photo?
Once you're inside the venue where the photo experience takes place, staff will give you all the information you need. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have any questions.
What is the 'pack of 3 candles' add-on?
The pack includes 3 premium electric candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of a candle.
What are the terms for buying the pack of 3 candles online?
All packs of 3 candles purchased online must be collected at the location indicated at the venue, at the time of the event. As the pack of 3 candles is linked to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, all items purchased online and collected on site cannot be refunded or returned. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different sections depending on the quality of the view.
Seats will be allocated at the entrance by our staff. Allocation will be on a first come, first served basis and according to the category chosen.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early. We'll do everything we can to seat you together.
Is there an age limit to take part in the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to take part in the experience. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be bought on site?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be bought via the Fever app or on the Fever website.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts so you can get settled in your allocated zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free pass for their carer. Send us an email here with proof that you need a carer's ticket.
Once we've received this document, we'll give you a voucher that you can use to buy your free carer's ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability).
Don't forget that you'll need to show the standard ticket together with this carer's ticket at the entrance to the venue.
Will food and drinks be on sale on site?
You'll be able to buy food and drinks during this event, but please note that there won't be any gluten-free or vegan options.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are electric and therefore non-flammable
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the show. You can take photos and videos only during the last piece and without flash, as our musicians will let you know.
What temperature will it be in the concert hall?
Candlelight concerts are held in stunning historic venues, where controlling the temperature can sometimes be tricky. We do everything we can to keep you comfortable, but the temperature may vary depending on the season. We recommend dressing accordingly so you can fully enjoy the experience.
What happens if the weather is too bad for the event to go ahead?
If the weather changes and the conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue / postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event's venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
