What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert begins. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you just need to show your Fever ticket in the app or as an email at entry.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together accordingly.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for guests' safety, all candles will be flameless.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If you'd like to do this, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the great hall of the University of Salzburg (Große Universitätsaula) at Max-Reinhardt-Platz in the Festspielbezirk. (Hofstallgasse 2-4 • A-5020 Salzburg)
How do I get to the venue?
A few metres from the Große Universitätsaula is the nearest bus stop, Herbert-von-Karajan Platz, served by lines 1, 8, 10, A, 22, 23.
Is there parking available?
The nearest parking option to the Festspielbezirk is the Altstadtgarage CONTIPARK, Hildmannpl. 1, 5020 Salzburg (opening hours: daily, 24 hours). Further parking options: Rot-Kreuz-Parkplatz, Franz-Josef-Kai, 5020 Salzburg (opening hours: daily, 24 hours).
Is food and drink available?
No food or drink is available on site.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue, including assistance dogs.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes. Please send a quick email to hello@feverup.com so that we can prepare everything. Barrier-free access via Furtwänglerpark (opposite the Festspielhäuser).
Is there a cloakroom?
Items must be left at the cloakroom in return for a voluntary donation.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. No interval is planned.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
