Candlelight: Valentine's Day Special

Please note that for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be denied entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.

Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask that you only leave your seat in an emergency.

Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.

Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person free of charge. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, please contact us via the Fever contact form. Remember to include your ticket order number as well.

For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you'd like to make a change, please contact us via the Fever contact form, stating the ticket ID linked to your purchase. Alternatively, you can check the option to make a change as follows: go to your ticket in the Fever app. You'll find it in the “Tickets” section, where, if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. Follow the steps provided there to change the date and/or time of the ticket. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.

Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal carer. Please contact us via the Fever contact form with proof of your need for assistance or entitlement to a free carer ticket. Once we've received your proof, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket upon entry.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.

Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.

The experience takes place at the Steigenberger Grandhotel & Spa Petersberg, Petersberg, 53639 Königswinter, Germany.

From Bonn main station, the Petersberg can be reached in around 25–30 minutes by car or taxi. By public transport, take tram line 66 to “Königswinter CJD”, from where buses or taxis run to the Steigenberger Grandhotel & Spa Petersberg. Please note that the Petersberg itself sits on a hilltop and is only accessible to a limited extent directly by public transport.

Drinks are available to buy on site.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

This venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Right next to the venue is the public underground car park “Parkhaus Am Rathaus”. Parking here is available at the operator's rates.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
