What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page specifies the different zones that are available for purchase. Zone A will have the best view, whereas Zone C might only have a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, logging in with the same method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?
The Royal Cinema Theatre is accessible by car, city bus or train. The 506 Carlton streetcar stops at Grace and College. Below ground and above ground Green P parking lots are accessible via Clinton St., immediately north of College and Clinton Streets.
Is there food served?
There will be snacks and drinks available for purchase at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
For the convenience and comfort of accessibility needs, we kindly request that you arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the doors open. This early arrival allows ample time to assess the seating options available and select the most suitable location. If you have accessibility needs, please contact us for more information.
Is there parking available?
The venue does not have its own parking. Visitors can find Green P parking both underground and at street level, within a two-minute walk of the venue.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
