Candlelight brings the songs of Taylor Swift to The Royal Theatre in Toronto, played live by a string quartet in a room lit by hundreds of candles. Sixty minutes of live music, with nothing between you and the musicians but the glow of the candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page specifies the different Zones that are available for purchase. Zone A will have the best view, whereas Zone C might only have a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please get in touch through the Fever contact form for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?
The Royal Cinema Theatre is accessible by car, city bus or train. Visitors can find parking both underground, and at street level with ‘Green P’ parking within a two-minute walk of the venue. The 506 Carlton streetcar stops at Grace and College. Below ground and above ground ‘Green P’ parking lots are accessible via Clinton St., immediately north of College and Clinton Streets.
Is there food served?
There will be snacks and drinks available for purchase at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is wheelchair accessible. For the convenience and comfort of accessibility needs, we kindly request that you arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the doors open. This early arrival allows ample time to assess the seating options available and select the most suitable location. Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
