Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?

Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so there is time to take your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Make sure you have your printed pictures before you leave: we can't keep them for you, and pictures left behind can't be refunded or rescheduled.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
