What is the Candlelight Photo package?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it. Your photo is taken in a specially designated area, and you receive one printed, polaroid-style instant picture as a souvenir.
Can I buy the photo package at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy it online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.

Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins to allow enough time for your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect yours at the exit afterward. Make sure you have your printed picture before you leave, as we cannot keep pictures for you, and a picture left behind cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is, and announcements will remind you about it. Feel free to ask any of our staff if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo package?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have it validated by the photographer at the venue to get your picture taken.
Can I get a refund for the photo package?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons, in which case the photo package is refunded.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As they are tied to that specific event date and location, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
