What are the different types of tickets?
This concert offers five categories: Premium, Catégorie A (excellent visibility), Catégorie B (good visibility), Catégorie C (average visibility) and Catégorie D (poor visibility).
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought via the app or on the website feverup.com before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Contact us by sending over all supporting documents once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making your request).
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Don't forget to log in with the same email address used to buy the tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert can also be found in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your originally purchased ticket. If you'd like to change your ticket and meet these conditions, contact us via the Fever contact form stating your ticket ID. Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
