Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same credentials you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone you want, free of charge. Just click on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Feel free to contact us if you need help, making sure to mention your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do so, contact us with the ticket number linked to your purchase: this is the unique code you received when you made your purchase, which you'll find in your confirmation email or in the Fever app. You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if it is, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Click on it and follow the instructions. Refunds are not possible, regardless of the reason; for more details, check out our terms and conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed, regardless of the reason. For more info, check out our terms and conditions. However, the "Flexible cancellation" option is available at purchase and offers a different policy.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you request it at least 48 hours before the experience starts. Just contact us. Please note: the ticket won't be refunded if it has been transferred to someone else.
What are the different seating areas?
The venue is divided into different sections based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the category chosen.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to seat your group together.
Is there a minimum age to attend the concert?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased on-site?
Tickets are not sold on-site: they can only be purchased through the Fever app or on the Fever website.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so you have time to settle into your assigned area. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and latecomers won't be admitted, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Attendees who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document confirming you need a companion. Once we receive this document, we'll give you a code to get your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Don't forget to show your standard ticket along with the companion ticket at the entrance.
Are drinks sold on-site?
Yes, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are sold at this event.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat during the concert, except in case of an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are electric and therefore non-flammable.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the show. You may take photos and videos only during the last song, without flash, as instructed by the musicians.
What will the temperature be like in the room?
We do our best to ensure your comfort, but the temperature may vary depending on the season. We recommend dressing accordingly to fully enjoy the experience.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place on the hotel's 5th floor, in the Palais des Possibles ballroom.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are service animals allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this event's venue, but service animals are welcome.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible and accessible to people with reduced mobility.
