Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same credentials you used when purchasing. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone you want, free of charge. Just tap "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Feel free to contact us if you need help, making sure to include your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do so, contact us with the ticket number linked to your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought it, which you'll find in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if it is, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear, just tap it and follow the instructions. Please note that refunds are not possible, regardless of the reason.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed, regardless of the reason. For more info, check our terms and conditions. However, the "Flexible Cancellation" add-on is available for purchase: it offers a different policy.
If I have a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you request it at least 48 hours before the experience begins: just contact us. Please note that the ticket will not be refunded if it has been transferred to someone else.
What are the different seating areas?
The venue is divided into different areas based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the category chosen.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat your group together.
Is there an age limit?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be bought on-site?
Tickets are not sold on-site: they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the event starts so you can get settled in your assigned area. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins. Out of respect for the artists and other attendees, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Attendees who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their companion. Write to us with proof that you need a companion. Once we receive this document, we'll send you a code to get your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Don't forget to present your standard ticket along with the companion ticket at the entrance.
Will there be food and drinks for sale on-site?
No, there will be no food or drinks for sale during this event.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are electric and therefore non-flammable.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the show. You can take photos and videos only during the last piece, without flash, as our musicians will indicate.
Can I bring animals? Are service animals allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the event venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in a venue that is accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users.
Is there parking?
There is no on-site parking: we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
