Smješten u Gundulićevoj ulici, Hrvatski glazbeni zavod jedna je od najvažnijih glazbenih institucija u Zagrebu. Njegova povijesna zgrada iz 1876. godine prepoznatljiva je po neorenesansnom pročelju i elegantnom stubištu. Velika koncertna dvorana, poznata po iznimnoj akustici i svečanom ambijentu, idealna je za komornu glazbu i koncerte.

FAQs Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in using the same login method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply click “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Get in touch with us if you need further help. Be sure to include your ticket purchase number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date on your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do this, get in touch with us and provide the ticket ID linked to your purchase (this is the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, which can be found in your confirmation email or in the Fever app: What is a ticket ID?). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. If it is, a “Change date and/or time” button will appear. Simply tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances. You can find more details in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions. The Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, and different rules apply to it. Please check the Flexible Cancellation add-on policy for more information.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can submit a request to cancel your ticket with the Flexible Cancellation feature up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Get in touch with us for this purpose. Please note that no refund will be possible for a ticket that has been transferred to another user.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, but it is only available to guests who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalised photoshoot in our specially set-up area, and you'll receive one photo in a charming polaroid style as a keepsake.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue, provided the offer's sell-out threshold has not been reached. Customers who also pay for the photo option when purchasing concert tickets via the website have priority over those wishing to buy it on site. On-site purchases are limited to credit card transactions only, meaning cash is not accepted.
When will my photo be taken?
The photoshoot will take place before the event and will end 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so we have enough time for the photoshoot.
When will I get my photos?
You can choose which photo you want before it's printed. Our staff will print the photo during the concert and you'll be able to collect it on your way out. Be sure to collect your photo before you leave, as we won't be able to store it for later. If you forget to collect your photo and leave the venue, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
Where do I need to go for the photoshoot?
On-site staff will explain the photoshoot process once you enter the area where it will take place. If you have any questions, feel free to ask any of our staff members.
What is the “Three Candle Pack”?
The package includes three premium electric candles that perfectly mimic the warm, flickering glow you can experience with Candlelight.
What are the rules for “Three Candle Packs” purchased online?
All “Three Candle Packs” purchased online must be collected at the designated location, at the venue and time of your event. Since the “Three Candle Pack” is tied to a specific Candlelight event date and location, no refund or return is possible for any Candle add-ons purchased online that need to be collected on site. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The hall is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view of the stage. Our staff at the entrance will assign you your seats. Allocation will be carried out on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the section you have chosen.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to ensure you sit together.
Is there an age limit for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend the experience. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the entrance?
Tickets will not be sold at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Kada trebam stići na mjesto održavanja?
Vrata se otvaraju 45 minuta prije početka koncerta. Dođite ranije kako biste osigurali mjesto u svojoj zoni. Vrata se zatvaraju 5 minuta prije početka. Kasni dolasci nisu dopušteni kako se izvođači i drugi gosti ne bi ometali.

Nakon što ga zaprimimo, poslat ćemo vam vaučer koji možete iskoristiti za kupnju besplatne ulaznice za njegovatelja u aplikaciji Fever (ovisno o dostupnosti). Candlelight koncerti održavaju se na prelijepim povijesnim lokacijama, gdje regulacija temperature ponekad može predstavljati izazov. Činimo sve što je u našoj moći kako bismo osigurali da svima bude ugodno, no temperature se mogu razlikovati ovisno o godišnjem dobu. Predlažemo da se prikladno odjenete kako biste u potpunosti uživali u doživljaju.
Što će se dogoditi ako vremenski uvjeti ne dopuste održavanje događanja?
Ako vremenski uvjeti na bilo koji način utječu na vaš doživljaj (uslijed promjene lokacije ili odgode događanja), zasigurno ćemo vas unaprijed obavijestiti e-poštom o tome.
