This bookable add-on is a unique photo experience for our guests: a personal photo session in our dedicated area, plus an instant Polaroid-style print as a keepsake.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos on site?

When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your favourite photo before it's printed. Our team will print it during the concert, and you can collect it at the exit. Yes, as long as you arrive together and all your tickets are for the same area. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets available at the entrance?

Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need support during the event can request a free pass for their personal companion or carer. To do this, please send us a message along with proof that you need a companion. We'll then send you a voucher so you can get your free companion ticket through the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you'll need to show both your companion ticket and your regular ticket.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you should only leave your seat in case of emergency.
