What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or our website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant proof via Fever's contact form.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. In such a case, please contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another user.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Rathausplatz 1, 73728 Esslingen am Neckar.
How do I get to the venue?
Public transport: Bus 102, 103, 105, 108, 110, 122, Marktplatz stop. By car: via the A8, B10, Esslingen Zentrum exit. From Stuttgart Airport: by car via the A8 and L1192, by bus 122 towards Esslingen.
Is food and drink available?
No, no food or drink will be offered at the Altes Rathaus for the time being.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed in the Altes Rathaus.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, the Altes Rathaus is accessible.
Is there a car park?
There is the Marktplatz/Behördenzentrum or Kiesstraße car park.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be denied entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we will do our best to seat you together accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, just contact us through Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for the safety of participants, all candles will be flameless.
Is there an interval?
No, there is no interval planned. The concert lasts 60 minutes.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
