If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a free ticket for your companion. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us with the necessary supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or older, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same email address used for the purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the concert start time shown on your ticket. To do this, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be granted; to learn more, check our Terms and Conditions.

How can I get there?
From the center of Monaco: by bus (line 12, Sea Club / L'Aurore stop, about 10 to 15 minutes), on foot (about 30 to 35 minutes, 2.8 km along the seafront) or by taxi/rideshare (about 5 minutes). From Monaco Monte-Carlo train station: direct bus (line 12) or taxi, about 10 to 15 minutes. Parking: Parking du Larvotto.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

Yes, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the show.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we can assign you a seat within your reserved category. The concert will start on time and the audience must be seated before it begins: in case of delay, entry to the venue won't be possible, in order to respect the artists' performance and the experience of other attendees.
What happens if the concert can't take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes: if you all arrive at the same time with tickets in the same category, we'll do everything we can to seat you next to each other. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the Fever app ("Transfer tickets"). For help, contact Fever support with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED candles: they mimic the light of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
