The most beloved melodies of the Beatles come to life at the Pallas Theater in Nicosia, played live by a string quartet under the glow of hundreds of candles. A Candlelight concert that brings the magic of live music to a venue full of warmth and atmosphere.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in using the same login method you used when you made the purchase. You'll also find the QR code in the confirmation email for your purchase.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's very easy, just click on the “Transfer tickets” option on your ticket in the Fever app. Get in touch with us if you need extra help. Make sure you include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To make the change, get in touch with us and provide the ticket number associated with your purchase (this is the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, found in the confirmation email or the Fever app). Alternatively, you can check if the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. If so, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. Just tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. Please note that no refunds are given under any circumstances. For more details, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions. You can purchase an additional Flexible Cancellation service, which offers an alternative policy and is available for selected events. You'll find more information in the Fever Help Centre.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket, as long as you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. All you need to do is get in touch with us. Please note that no refund will be given if the ticket has been transferred to another user.
What is the “Candlelight Photo”?
This package provides a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalised photoshoot in our specially designed area and, as a keepsake, you'll receive a snapshot print in a charming Polaroid style.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” photos at the venue?
You can buy photos at the venue, provided we haven't reached the sold out limit. Customers who purchase the photo opportunity through the website when buying their concert tickets have priority over those making purchases on site. On site purchases are limited to credit card transactions only, cash will not be accepted.
When will my photo be taken?
Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo experience will finish 10 minutes before the concert starts. Make sure you're at the venue at least 30 minutes before the concert begins, so we have enough time to take your photo.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your preferred photo before it's printed. Our staff will print it during the concert, and you can collect it on your way out. Be sure to collect your photo before you leave, as we're unable to store it for later. If you forget to collect your photo and leave the venue, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
Where should I go to have my photo taken?
The venue staff will explain everything about the photo experience once you're inside the area where the photoshoot will take place. Don't hesitate to ask any member of our staff if you have questions.
What is the “Candles 3-Pack”?
The package includes 3 premium electric candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of candles.
What is the policy for 3-candle packs purchased online?
All 3-candle packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue, during the event. As the 3-candle pack is linked to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, all additional candle items purchased online and collected on site are non-refundable. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Allocation will be done on a first come, first served basis and according to the section you've chosen.
Can we sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your group if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do everything we can to seat you together.
Is there an age limit for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or above to attend the event. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets sold at the entrance?
Tickets will not be sold at the venue. You can only buy them on the Fever app or the Fever website.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Make sure to be at the venue at least 30 minutes early so you can take your seat within the purchased zone. The door closes 5 minutes before the start. Late arrivals will not be allowed, out of respect for the artists and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests who require assistance during this experience are entitled to apply for a free pass for their personal assistant/carer. Get in touch with us with proof of the need for a companion ticket at hand. Once we've received it, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your carer's free ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket along with this carer's ticket when entering the venue.
Will there be food and drinks for sale at the venue?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for purchase at this event.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat, except in the case of an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts take place in beautiful historic venues, where controlling the temperature can sometimes be a challenge. We do everything we can to keep the venues comfortable, but temperatures may vary depending on the season. We recommend dressing appropriately to fully enjoy the experience.
What will happen if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect the experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we assure you that we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are animals allowed? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event's venue, although service animals are permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there won't be any parking available at this venue, so we recommend not travelling by car.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
