What are the ticket types?
Seating is divided into three zones based on view quality: Front Row, Premium and Zone A.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought in the Fever app or at feverup.com before you arrive.
Can I request a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance can apply for one free ticket for a personal assistant or support worker. Send proof of need through Fever's support form; you will receive a voucher code to get the free carer ticket, and you must show it together with your tickets to enter.
Is there an age limit?
The concert is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, as long as you bought tickets in the same zone and arrive together. Arrive early and staff will try to seat you together.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Fever account at no cost: tap “Transfer ticket” in the Tickets section of the app. If you need help, contact Fever's support team with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the Tickets section of the Fever app, signing in with the same account you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email, so check your spam folder too.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show the QR code in the app or in your confirmation email at the entrance.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the show, subject to availability, by contacting Fever's support team with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available, except with a Flexible Cancellation ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, it can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
A voucher for the same value is issued immediately, and you can use it on the same experience.

No. Dress comfortably and bring layers, as the theater can get chilly.
Can I take photos or videos?
Photos and videos without flash are allowed only at the end of the program, when the artist says so.

Will food be served?
No. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the venue.

What is Candlelight Photo?
An exclusive experience in which Polaroid photos are taken of your Candlelight concert, on stage or in a designated area on the day. You choose your favorite to take home: you get one photo per Candlelight Photo ticket, even if several people are in it.
Can I buy Candlelight Photo at the venue?
No. Buy it in the Fever app or at feverup.com before you arrive.
When will photos be taken?
Before the concert. The shoot ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive 40 minutes early. Depending on when you arrive, you may be asked to pose on stage while other guests are still coming in, or have your photo taken after the performance.
When will I get my photos?
You pick your preferred photo before it is printed. Staff print the photos during the concert and you collect them afterwards. The venue does not keep photos, and there are no refunds or rebookings if you forget to collect yours.
Where do I go for photos?
The Candlelight staff at the venue will explain the process and answer your questions.
How do I prove my photo purchase?
You will receive a separate email with a QR code: show it to a member of the Candlelight staff at the venue.
Are refunds available for Candlelight Photo?
Only if the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded.
