The venue is divided into sections Front Row, Premium, and Zone A based on the quality of the view.
Can I purchase tickets on-site?
All tickets must be purchased in the app or on our website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the venue.
Can I reserve a ticket for a caregiver?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.
Is there an age limit to attend a performance?
This performance is recommended for ages 8 and up. Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, this is possible if you've purchased tickets in the same section and are in the theater together, so we recommend arriving with plenty of time and we'll do our best to provide seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to another Fever account at no additional cost. Simply click "Transfer Ticket" in the Tickets section of the Fever app. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
Tickets are located in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. (You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.) You must sign in with the same method (same account) that you used to purchase the tickets. You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder for the purchase confirmation email as well.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print your ticket, just show the QR code in the Fever app (you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play) or your purchase confirmation email upon entry.
Can I make changes to my ticket?
Depending on the availability of other sessions of your choice, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the show. To make a change, please contact us, quoting your ticket ID. Please note that refunds are not available unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket; see our terms and conditions for more information.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will immediately receive a voucher for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.

Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be offered, unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket. Changes to alternative dates and times are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event and are subject to availability. If you would like to change your ticket, please contact us.
When do I have to be at the venue?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show. Concerts start on time and you must be seated before the start of the concert. We do not allow entry after the start of the concert.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the venue due to the nature of the Candlelight Concert and will not be refunded, so please make sure to arrive on time and with plenty of time to spare.
What is included in the ticket?
Your ticket includes admission to the Candlelight Concert, a music concert surrounded by LED candles.
How can I check my seat?
Your seating will be free seating (first come, first served) within the designated zone of the ticket you purchased. When you arrive at the venue, please present your ticket to the reception staff. You will be shown to your seat in the designated zone.
Will the concert start on time?
The show will start on time whenever possible, but there may be a delay of approximately 5 minutes to ensure a smooth performance. All Candlelight Concerts are first-come, first-served for each section, so please arrive at the venue with as much time as possible to enter and be seated. Performance start times are subject to change depending on venue availability.
Is there a designated dress code?
There is no dress code, but you should come dressed comfortably to get the most out of the performance. It can get chilly in the theater, so we recommend bringing layers.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
As a general rule, no photography or videography of any kind is permitted during the performance. Photos and videos may be taken without flash only at the end of the program, when the artist gives instructions.
Can I use my cell phone during the performance?
Please keep your cell phone on silent mode during the performance. Photos and videos can be taken without flash only at the end of the program when the artist indicates to do so.
Can I go to the toilet during the performance?
Out of consideration for the artists and other guests, we ask that you refrain from leaving your seat unless it is an emergency.
Will food be served?
Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue.
Are drinks available?
It depends on the venue where the event is held. As a general rule, drinks are not sold at the venue and eating and drinking are not permitted inside the venue.
Can I bring my children?
Our concerts are for people aged 8 and over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my pets?
Animals are not allowed, except for service dogs. Please let us know in advance about your service dogs by contacting us.

Can I promote and sell tickets to the Candlelight concert?
You can earn commission on sales of the Candlelight concert through Fever's affiliate program.
What happens if a show can't take place due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect the performance (change of venue or postponement), you will be notified by email in advance.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Candlelight Photo tickets offer a unique photo experience exclusive to purchasers: Polaroid photos of your memories of the Candlelight concert, taken on stage or in a specially designated area on the day. You will be given one photo per Candlelight Photo ticket purchased, even if multiple people are in the photo. Tickets are not sold at the venue: buy them through the app or official website (www.feverup.com) before arriving. Photos are taken before the event and the photo shoot ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive 40 minutes before the start time; depending on when you arrive, you may be asked to take your photos on stage while other guests are inside, or after the performance. You will be emailed a QR code, separate from your concert ticket confirmation: show it to a Candlelight staff member at the venue to have your photo taken. You choose your favorite photo before printing, our staff print it during the concert, and you collect it after the concert. Please take it home with you: photos cannot be stored, and there are no refunds or rebookings for uncollected photos. Refunds are not available unless your photo experience is canceled for internal reasons. Candlelight staff at the venue can answer any other questions.
