Description
It’s time to light your abs on fire, and then reward yourself after with a good cocktail! Join us every Monday and Tuesday evening at COCO-MAT in SoHo for 45 minute Core & Flow yoga classes, followed by wine spritzer refreshments from Flora Wine. Each class is open-level Vinyasa, with an ab burnout section, and will be set to dynamic beats. Let’s Flow!
