Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Don't forget to log in using the same details you used when purchasing. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone you like, free of charge. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. If you need help, use Fever's contact form and provide your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do this, use Fever's contact form and provide your ticket ID (the unique code you received when you purchased, which can be found in your confirmation email and in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if so, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear and you just need to follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that refunds are not possible, whatever the reason. For more details, check Fever's terms and conditions.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Refunds are not permitted, whatever the reason. For more information, you can check Fever's terms and conditions. However, the "Flexible cancellation" add-on is available to purchase: it offers a different policy, applicable to selected events.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, will I be able to get a refund?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you submit the request at least 48 hours before the experience begins. Simply use Fever's contact form. Please note that the ticket will not be refunded if it has been transferred to someone else.
What are the different seating areas?
The venue is divided into different sections depending on the quality of the view. Seats will be allocated at the entrance by our staff, on a first come, first served basis, and according to the category chosen.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early. We'll do everything we can to seat you together.
Is there an age limit to take part in the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to take part in the experience. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be bought on site?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased via the Fever app or on the Fever website.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event begins so you can settle into your allocated area. Doors close 5 minutes before the performance starts. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free pass for their companion. Send us, via Fever's contact form, proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we've received this document, we'll issue you a voucher that you can use to purchase your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please remember that you'll need to present the standard ticket along with this companion ticket at the venue entrance.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are electric and therefore non-flammable.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the show. You can take photos and videos only during the final piece and without flash, as instructed by our musicians.
What temperature will it be in the concert hall?
Candlelight concerts are held in stunning historic venues, where temperature control can sometimes be difficult. We do everything we can to ensure your comfort, but the temperature may vary depending on the season. We recommend dressing accordingly so you can fully enjoy the experience.
What happens if the weather is too bad for the event to go ahead?
If the weather changes and weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue, postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event's venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
