Charlie is a personal and honest performance about the body, difference, and the way we see one another. Károly Tóth, a dancer who uses a powered wheelchair, draws on his own experiences and everyday life to explore how dance can emerge from diverse ways of moving.
Everyday movements, music, humour, and unexpected situations all play a role in the performance, while inviting the audience to confront their own ideas about what is considered “normal” when it comes to the body and movement.
