You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless a Flexible Refund Ticket has been purchased (see below). For more information, see our T&Cs.

No refunds are allowed unless a Flexible Refund Ticket has been purchased (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, based on availability. Please contact us at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to change your ticket.

A Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.

You can cancel your Flexible Refund Ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.

If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, the total amount of the ticket price will be credited back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. Keep in mind this voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.

You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.

You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, with the exception of the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.

If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to purchase the same experience again.

Please contact us at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001032452 to get your ticket refunded.

Food and beverages will not be provided. No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the venue.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

This venue is ADA accessible.

Minimal street parking and paid parking garages are available around the venue. Ridesharing is encouraged.

All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, add-ons purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
