FAQs Frequently asked questions

What different ticket types are there?
There are the zones Front Row, A, B and C, depending on the view of the stage. Seats are not numbered: within your booked zone, they're allocated on a first come, first served basis upon arrival.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. It's best to arrive in good time, then the team will do their best to find seats together for you.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. It's best to arrive at least 30 minutes beforehand to get a seat in your zone. The concert starts on time, and no entry is possible once it has begun.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please set your phone to silent for the entire performance. According to the musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, and always without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Please only leave your seat in an emergency, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What time does the Stadium Tour start?
The Stadium Tour starts at 4:00pm and lasts approximately 90 minutes. Please arrive at the meeting point a few minutes beforehand.

The meeting point is Stadion Fenster Nord.
What is the Stadium Tour?
The Stadium Tour through RheinEnergieSTADION, home of 1. FC Köln, takes you to areas usually reserved for VIPs and players: through the players' tunnel onto the pitch, onto the 1. FC Köln substitutes' bench and into the FC changing room.
Can every Candlelight guest take part in the Stadium Tour?
No. The tour is only possible with the "Stadium Tour" add-on ticket, which is not included in the concert ticket. The add-on is only available together with a concert ticket via Fever, not on site.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. Tickets are not available on site. You can only buy them via the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, free of charge: tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you have further questions, the support team is happy to help; please include your order number.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and time up to 48 hours in advance. To do this, contact support with your ticket ID, or check in the Fever app under "Tickets" whether the "Change date and/or time" button is shown, and follow the steps. A refund is not possible under any circumstances; you'll find details in the terms and conditions.
Are there tickets for carers?
Yes. If you need support, you can request a free ticket for your carer. To do this, submit proof of your support needs to support. You'll then receive a voucher that you can use to redeem the carer's ticket in the app, subject to availability. At the entrance, show both your regular ticket and the carer's ticket.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in using the same method you used when purchasing. You'll also find the QR code in your confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out: just show the ticket on your smartphone.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects the event, for example through a change of venue or a postponement, you'll be informed in advance by email.

In the "12. Mann" box at RheinEnergieSTADION, Aachener Str. 999, 50933 Köln-Lindenthal.
How do I get to the venue?
Take KVB line 1 to the "Rheinenergie-Stadion" stop; this line connects with Deutsche Bahn at the "Bahnhof Weiden-West" and "Köln Messe/Deutz" stops. By car, head for the Köln-West motorway junction (A1/A4): from the A1, take the Köln-Bocklemünd, Köln-Lövenich or Köln-Weiden/Frechen exit; from the A4, take the Köln-Klettenberg or Frechen-Nord exit. Then simply follow the signs to the stadium.
Which entrance do I use? Where can I find the "12. Mann" box?
