Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to make your purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact the Fever support team if you need additional help, including your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance by contacting the Fever support team with your ticket ID (the unique code from your confirmation email or the Fever app). Alternatively, check if the "Exchange date and/or time" option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for more details. A "Flexible Cancellation" add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
What if I purchased a "Flexible Cancellation" ticket, can I get a refund then?
You can cancel your "Flexible Cancellation" ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, by contacting the Fever support team. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This add-on gives you a one-of-a-kind photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalised photo session in a specially designated area and receive a single instant print, as a keepsake, in a charming Polaroid style.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" at the venue?
Yes, provided it hasn't sold out. Guests who buy the photo add-on online when purchasing their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are limited to card payments only; cash is not accepted.
When is my photo taken?
Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins, to allow enough time for your photo.
When do I get my results?
You can choose your preferred photo before it is printed. Our staff print it during the concert, and you collect it at the exit. Make sure to pick up your photo before leaving, as it cannot be stored for later; if you leave without collecting it, refunds or reprints are not possible.

The venue is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis, within the zone you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and our staff will do their best to seat your group together.
