At the North Pole, the Head of Elf Logistics organized his fellow toy-making elves into a union, and Christmas hasn’t been the same since. Sleigh routes were rerouted. Toy production took the longest coffee break in North Pole history. An entire workshop was turned upside down over one big question: were the elves demanding fair working hours, or just looking for an excuse to slack off?
