Subject to availability, the date and/or time can be changed up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, if you have further questions, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID). Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket free of charge. To do so, click "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you have not installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the account you used to purchase the ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
When should I arrive?
Doors open 60 minutes before the start of the performance. Please be there 60 minutes before the start. Late entry is not possible.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, all guests must be at least 12 years old. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Taking photos without flash is allowed during the show, but filming is not. To give you and all other guests the best possible experience, however, we recommend taking photos only at the end during the curtain call so that you can enjoy the performance undisturbed.
How do I take part in the vote?
Bring your phone to scan QR codes and take part in key moments of the show.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, a cloakroom is available on site; it costs €1 per jacket.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts 75 minutes. There is no intermission.
Where does the experience take place?
The show takes place at the marinaforum Regensburg (Johanna-Dachs-Straße 46, Regensburg).
How do I get to the venue?
The marinaforum is close to the city centre, east of the old town. Stop Prinz-Ludwig-Straße – bus: 10 (approx. 350 m walk). Stop Weißenburgstraße – bus: 1, 5, 14, 15, 28, 34, 41 & 77 (approx. 900 m walk).
Are food and drinks available?
At the bar, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased before the show. However, no food is offered.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except service animals. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and state "Mitnahme eines Service Tiers" (bringing a service animal) as the subject.
Does the venue have toilets?
Yes, toilets are available. If you have any questions, feel free to ask our staff on site.
Are strobe lights used?
No, no strobe lights are used in this show.
What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before the event via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, guests who need support throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Please buy your own ticket first and then contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject "Gratis-Ticket für Betreuungspersonen" (free ticket for carers).
Can I still enter the show after it has started?
Entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests present, we ask that you arrive on time.
