Doors open 30 minutes before showtime, grab a drink or bite at our bar and restaurant. No late entry once the show begins.

Seats are not numbered. Within the zone printed on your ticket, seating is first come, first served.

What is Theatre of Magic, and what can I expect?
Theatre of Magic is an intimate, live entertainment experience featuring close-up magic performed by two talented magicians.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last approximately 90 minutes.
Is food included in the ticket price?
The ticket does not include a meal. There is a restaurant on the premises if you would like to include dinner in your evening plans.
Are drinks included in the ticket price? Can I purchase drinks on-site?
One cocktail is included in the ticket price per VIP ticket. There is also a bar on-site where guests can purchase additional beverages before and after the show. Underage guests will be offered a non-alcoholic option.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
What language is the show in?
The show is presented in English.
Are the seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered, but they are arranged in zones. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis for the zone you purchased.
What should I wear?
There is no enforced dress code, but guests are invited to dress up for a night on the town. Cocktail attire and blazers are welcome.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything; you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store. On the Fever website.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. For private or large group sessions, please see our groups page.
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your QR Code ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you haven’t downloaded the app, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcome at the event with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. Here are a few of the documents we accept: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); Evidence of being severely sight-impaired; CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket.

Yes, this event is family-friendly and appropriate for ages 8+. Children who attend need the maturity to stay seated and pay attention to the performers.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 30 minutes before the start time of the experience. Please feel free to arrive early to enjoy the bar and restaurant at the venue.
What happens if I arrive late?
No late entry is permitted as this would disrupt the show for other attendees.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, there are toilets available on-site, which are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience takes place at an indoor venue.
Are service animals allowed at the venue?
Yes, service animals are welcome inside the venue. However, no other pets or animals are allowed.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Food or beverages purchased elsewhere are not permitted at the venue.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the venue.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there is air conditioning.
Is there a Cloakroom/lockers available on site?
Cloakroom or locker availability is to be confirmed on site. We recommend bringing only essential items just in case.
What do I do if I accidentally leave any of my belongings behind at the venue?
If you leave behind any of your belongings at the event you should phone the venue or drop by to see if your item has been found.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Guests may not take photos or record video during the event. The magic that you see during the show is only meant to be seen by the live audience who attend in person. Guests will have the opportunity to take photos before and after the event.
