What can I expect from Astra Lumina Istanbul?
An enchanting night-time walk along a 1.1 km forest trail at Turkcell Platinum Park, where light, music and projections across 9 thematic areas tell the story of the stars. It is the first European Astra Lumina experience, created by Moment Factory.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
It takes place entirely outdoors and starts after sunset. The show goes ahead in light rain; if it can't go ahead because of severe weather, you'll be contacted by email at the address linked to your Fever account.
How long does the experience last?
Most visitors spend about 45 to 60 minutes on the trail.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome. The 9:30 PM and 10:00 PM sessions are strictly reserved for guests aged 13 and over. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Which ticket should international visitors buy?
Visitors who are not citizens of the Republic of Türkiye must buy an International Visitor Ticket. Foreign visitors living in Türkiye with a valid Residence Permit Card (Foreigner ID number starting with 99) can buy a Resident Visitor Ticket and must show the card at the ticket check.
Is the venue accessible?
Due to stairs and uneven forest terrain, the experience is not wheelchair accessible. Scooters and bicycles are not permitted and strollers are not recommended. The route may also be tiring for pregnant guests.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Turkcell Platinum Park provides parking with a capacity of 600 vehicles and valet service, operating on a tipping basis. However, please note that traffic and parking congestion may occur, particularly on weekends and during early sessions. Therefore, we recommend allowing extra time for your arrival. You may prefer to take a taxi, or if you are arriving by private car, you can arrive before your booking time and spend some time in the food and beverage area.
How do I get there by public transport?
Bus line 41SM stops nearby (check the timetable). You can also take the metro to Seyrantepe or the Havaray to Vadistanbul, then a taxi of about 3 minutes.
What should I wear?
Comfortable walking shoes and a light raincoat or jacket. The trail is outdoors and includes stairs and slopes.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Food and drink are not allowed on the route. Food and beverage options are available in the park before and after your walk. Please note there are no restrooms along the trail.
Can I take photos?
Yes, photos are welcome without flash or tripods. Share your favourite moments with #AstraLuminaIstanbul.
Will there be strobe lights or fog effects?
Yes, some areas use strobe and flashing lights as well as fog effects. Please take this into account if you are sensitive to light or sound.
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed on the trail. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted either.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket and QR code are available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app and in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Date changes, where enabled for this experience, can be made from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Tickets are non-refundable.
