The venue is divided into sections with different prices based on visibility and proximity to the stage. Our team will seat you on a first-come, first-served basis at Archaeological Museum of Alicante, always within the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.

Absolutely! You can sit together without any problem. To ensure contiguous seats, all you need is for the group to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same zone. We advise coming at least 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

Tickets are not on sale inside the venue or at Archaeological Museum of Alicante's own box office. To attend the concert, you must purchase them through the official Fever website or by downloading the app.

We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.

Please mute your phone for the entire event. Put your phone away and connect with the music; you can only take photos and record videos without flash in the final piece when the musicians tell you to.

To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app ticket. Contact us if you need additional help, and be sure to include your ticket number.

Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.

If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.

Answer

Make sure to pick up your items online at the event location. As it is tied to that specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned or exchanged for money; all sales are final.

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in this venue. However, your guide dogs or assistance dogs are of course welcome.
