Description
This year, celebrate the life and times of Marie Laveau, the Voodoo High Priestess of New Orleans who reigned as the most powerful influencer over the city for decades. Enter into the Pontchartrain Swamp from the main entrance and make your way through Mardi Gras float filled corridors to the main ballroom where there will be endless performers and artists throughout the night. NYC's hottest DJs will be spinning in collaboration with live New Orleans brass bands & West African tribal drummers. The whole evening will build up to a massive Ball in the cathedral, where NYC Houses battle on the runway along with a performance by the headliner. Battle on the runway and compete for best costume along with other categories for prizes!
