Description
Sound baths have become a popular way to relax and promote the natural ability of the body, mind, and spirit to heal from within. This sound bath incorporates himalayan metal bowls, quartz crystal bowls, shruti box, voice, chimes, and other instruments to soothe and relax at deep levels. Join Murray's and Tess Rose Lampert as you discover a new way to unwind going into the holiday season. The sound bath will be followed by a short reception including cheese, dark chocolate, wine and gut healthy beverages like kombucha and infused water!
