Description
We all know as New Yorker's we love our pizza pies, but have you ever wanted to learn how to make them yourself? Here is your opportunity! In this class you will learn how to make quick rise pizza dough and then top it with the dreamiest of ingredients. You will have multiple different cheese options including Murray's very own fresh mozzarella and Parmigianno Reggiano. Why stop at cheese? There will be a wide array of toppings from the retail store, not limited to, but including, spicy mushrooms, pepperoni, and pesto! Once you have created your masterpiece, your pies will be baked for you and then you get to taste the magic! During this two hour class, you will also enjoy continuous pours of Murray’s house wines!
