Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase (the unique code you received in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app: if it is, tap “Exchange date and/or time” and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for details.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
What if I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket? Can I get a refund then?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts: just contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This package offers a one-of-a-kind photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it: a personalized photo session in a specially designated area and, as a keepsake, a single instant print in a charming Polaroid style.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my photo?
You can choose your preferred photo before it is printed. Our staff will print it during the concert, and you can collect it at the exit. Please pick up your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later. If you leave the venue without collecting it, refunds or rescheduling will not be possible.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is located. Feel free to ask any staff member if you have questions.
What is the “Candle 3-Pack”?
The package includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a candle flame.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated point at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to a specific Candlelight event date and location, Candle 3-Packs purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The seating is divided into different zones based on the quality of the view. Our staff will assign your seats at the entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us and we will send you a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase on site?
No, there will be no food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in beautiful venues where temperature control can occasionally be a challenge. We do our utmost to keep everyone comfortable, but temperatures may vary with the season, so we suggest dressing accordingly to fully enjoy the experience.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible, ADA-compliant venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
