Candlelight: Tribute to Linkin Park casts the band's songs in a whole new light: a string quartet plays them live at Frauenbad Heidelberg, by the glow of thousands of candles. A concert experience that transforms powerful rock anthems into intimate, candlelit moments.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience will receive a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Once you've bought your own ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please contact us and send us the relevant supporting documents.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at Frauenbad Heidelberg (Bergheimer Str. 45, 69115 Heidelberg).
How do I get to the venue?
By car: there's plenty of parking nearby, at the P1 Poststraße car park and at P17 Stadtbücherei. By bus: from the "Poststraße" stop, Frauenbad is just a short walk away.
Is there food and drink?
Yes, drinks will be available for purchase on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'd like to bring a service animal, please contact us in advance.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible and suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Can I take photos or film during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've booked. The concert starts on time and all guests must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving on site in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. To do this, contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Is there an interval?
No, there is no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
