What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available on site. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need support throughout the experience will receive a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Where does the concert take place?
At Frauenbad Heidelberg, Bergheimer Str. 45, 69115 Heidelberg.
How do I get to the venue?
By bus: from the "Poststraße" stop, Frauenbad is just a short walk away. By car: there are numerous parking spaces nearby at the P1 Poststraße and P17 Stadtbücherei car parks.
Is there food and drink available?
Drinks are available for purchase on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible and suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Can I take photos or film during the concert?
At the musicians' request, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.

Can I leave the hall during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (for example, through a relocation or postponement), we will notify you by email in good time beforehand.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time; we will do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to another Fever account: in the Fever app, tap "Transfer tickets" next to your ticket. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone at the entrance.
Are the candles real flames?
No. For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the start. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Is there an interval?
No, there is no interval during the concert.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
