What are the different types of tickets available?
There are Premium, A, B, and C zone tickets, depending on the visibility you prefer. Zone C is in the last row of the theater, so visibility and comfort are limited.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue: you must purchase them on the Fever app or at feverup.com before arriving.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
If you need assistance during the experience, you can request a free pass for your personal assistant or support person. You must first have a valid ticket and then contact Fever with supporting documentation attached.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All attendees must be 8 years or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before your experience begins, by contacting Fever with your ticket number. No refunds are given under any circumstances. Check the terms and conditions for more information.

How do I get to the venue?
The theater is located in the NovoCentro shopping center, which you can reach with several public and private transportation options. Traffic congestion in the area is common, so plan your arrival with extra time.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
The venue is not accessible for people in wheelchairs or on crutches.

There is valet parking service, with limited spots and an additional cost.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
You can only take photos and videos during the final piece, without flash, when indicated by the musicians.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
No. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?

Yes. You can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost, using the "Transfer tickets" option in the Fever app. If you need help, contact Fever with your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play, by logging in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code also appears in your purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
