What are the different ticket types?
VIP Experience: front row seat with the best visibility. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: slightly restricted visibility. Zone D: restricted visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must have a valid ticket before applying. Contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app. Log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in the purchase confirmation email.
What does my VIP Experience ticket include?
The VIP Experience includes a fast pass through the first side door on the right of the driveway, priority front-row seating shown by an usher, and a personalised Polaroid photo taken before or after the show.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Contact Fever with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Where is the experience taking place?
Saint John's Anglican Cathedral is at 373 Ann St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. The venue does not have air conditioning. Cushions are welcome for your comfort.
How do I get to the venue?
The Cathedral is at 373 Ann St, between Brisbane's CBD and Fortitude Valley. Central Station is less than two blocks away, about a five-minute walk along Ann Street. Check TransLink for train, bus and ferry information. Zones A to D enter through the main front doors; VIP Experience guests use the first side door on the right of the driveway.

No.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time, and guests should already be seated. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter.
What happens if weather conditions affect the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience, including a change of location or postponement, you will be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. The team will do its best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost using Transfer Tickets in the Fever app. For extra help, contact Fever and provide your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
