Candlelight: Tribute to Lizzy McAlpine

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID.

A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents needed; it becomes non-refundable if it is transferred. You get a full refund except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee: purchases made by credit card or PayPal can take 10 or more days to appear on your statement, and purchases made with a voucher receive a new voucher in the app. If you opt for an exchange, you receive a voucher of the same value straight away, to use on the same experience. You can request your refund here: https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001032452

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original event, subject to availability. To change your ticket, please contact us directly.
