Rediscover the songs of Charles Aznavour, performed live by a string quartet at Le 9e, in Montreal, by the glow of hundreds of candles. An intimate Candlelight concert to experience his repertoire in a whole new light.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy around 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

Parking
No free parking is available on site. Paid parking can be found in the basement of the building and in other nearby towers. We recommend using public transit to avoid any delays.

FAQs Frequently asked questions
What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (very good visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (partial visibility).
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not sold on site: they must all be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your caregiver. To do so, contact us and send us all the necessary supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend the concert?
Access is reserved for those ages 8 and up. Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To ensure the concert runs smoothly, any disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the venue.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), by logging in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the concert start time indicated on your original ticket. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be issued. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at Le 9e, on the 9th floor of Centre Eaton: 1500 Robert-Bourassa Boulevard, Montreal, QC H3A 3S8.
Will there be drinks available on site?
No food is served or allowed in the Le 9e venue during the Candlelight concert. A restaurant is located next to the venue: if you plan to eat before or after the concert, contact it directly to make a reservation. A bar service lets you purchase drinks to enjoy before and during the concert.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is accessible to wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.

What time do the doors open? Can I arrive late?
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers cannot be admitted: no access is possible once the concert has begun.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
