A Candlelight concert brings the music of Adele to St. Paul's Bloor Street in Toronto. Her best-loved songs, reimagined for string quartet, are played live in a setting lit by candles, for an evening as intimate as it is moving.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase, the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, which you'll find in your confirmation email or in the Fever app. You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app: if the “Exchange date and/or time” button appears, tap it and follow the on-screen instructions. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more details, see our Terms & Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
If I purchased Flexible Cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel a ticket with Flexible Cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts: just contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This package offers a one-of-a-kind photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in a dedicated area and receive a single instant print in a Polaroid style as a keepsake.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as the sold-out threshold hasn't been reached. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to allow enough time for your photo.
When do I get my photo?
You can choose your preferred photo before it is printed. Our staff will print it during the concert and you can collect it at the exit. Please pick up your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later. If you leave the venue without collecting it, refunds or rescheduling will not be possible.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is. Don't hesitate to ask any member of our staff if you have questions.
What is the “Candles 3-Pack”?
The package includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a candle.
What is the policy for Candles 3-Packs purchased online?
Every Candles 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated point at the venue on the day of your concert. As it is tied to that specific Candlelight date and location, it is non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into sections based on the quality of the view. Our staff will assign your seat at the entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis within the section you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, the minimum age is 8. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
No, tickets are not sold on site. They can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a carer ticket, and we will send you a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You will need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
No, there will be no food or drinks for sale at this event.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as our musicians will indicate.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in beautiful historic venues, where temperature control can occasionally be a challenge. We do our utmost to keep you comfortable, but temperatures may vary with the season, so we suggest dressing accordingly.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
No pets are allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
No, there is no parking at this venue, so we recommend not arriving by car.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
